Susan is an RYT 200 level yoga instructor and has been sharing the gift of yoga for over 12 years, finding yoga to be a perfect complement to the variety of ways we move our bodies outside the studio. She has received her 200-hr. yoga from YogaFit and is working towards her 300 hr., including specialty certifications, most recently Yin Yoga and Reiki attunement.
Her intention is to bring awareness and acknowledge the feelings and emotions that come with breath and movement that not only take place while on the mat, but carry with you in your daily lives, as a student, in sports, family and at work. Therefore, you’ll enjoy Slow Flow Vinyasa classes that encourage an open heart, a calm mind and a strong and graceful body.
Prior to relocating to Newport in 2018, she lived in Maine where, as a certified Stand Up Paddleboard and SUPYoga instructor through World Paddle Association, she shared glorious summer days offering sunrise paddleboard yoga when the tides allowed on the Ogunquit River.
