Rachael is the Co-Founder of Love Defeats Fear and an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher, trained in Vinyasa, Restorative, Kundalini & Ayurveda, Yin Yoga & Meditation, as well as a Reiki Master in the Usui Holy Fire Tradition.

Kristy Burns
Kristy earned her CYT after completing her 200 hour YTT with Rachael Whitworth and Patti Doyle at Love Defeats Fear in late 2022. She loves to challenge her balance and strength through asana practice and finds the physical movement of yoga meditative.
