Melissa Rooney
For many years, yoga has been a means of self discovery, awareness and transformation for Melissa. In 2023 she completed her 200-hour teacher training at Innerlight Yoga. An avid practitioner of Vinyasa, Melissa finds ease in the balance of mind, body and breath on her mat. Through creative flows, her classes focus on mindful movement and breath awareness, embodying the benefit of the mind body connection in the present moment. With an open heart and a sense of humor, she encourages each student to make the practice their own, recognizing that everyone has their own reasons for arriving on their mat.
