Madi is an RYT 200 hour level yoga instructor, having completed her training with Shanti Om Yoga School. She has been teaching for a year and a half and has had the privilege of teaching at multiple studios and community centers on Aquidneck Island. She is committed to curating a welcoming environment where students of all levels feel comfortable showing up exactly as they are. Madi's classes focus on a breath to movement approach, highlighting the importance of prana in the yoga practice and how it translates to our lives outside of yoga as well. Specializing in slow flow and vinyasa, Madi aims to guide students in connecting with their bodies and hopes each student leaves her classes feeling better than when they arrived. Outside of yoga, Madi enjoys writing poetry, reading, going on hot girl walks and traveling.
