Kristy Burns

Kristy earned her CYT after completing her 200 hour YTT with Rachael Whitworth and Patti Doyle at Love Defeats Fear in late 2022. She loves to challenge her balance and strength through asana practice and finds the physical movement of yoga meditative. Kristy enjoys arm balances and inversions and builds them into her practice whenever possible, but also finds joy in flows that are quiet and thoughtful.
