Kelly had no idea how yoga would change her life as she rolled out her mat in a small studio nestled in the heart of Brooklyn.

Seeking space away from the noise and pace of city life, Kelly soon realized practicing yoga was a path towards mindfulness and inner peace. Since that day, yoga has been a journey of self-discovery and personal transformation that went well beyond the physical poses.

Kelly completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training right here at Love Defeats Fear in January 2023. She loves sharing her practice rooted in Patanjali’s Eight Limb Path of Yoga and creates vinyasa flows that allow the body to feel strong and grounded while quieting the mind.
