• Vinyasa

Vinyasa mindfully integrates movement and breath with an emphasis on bringing awareness to the inner personal experience of the practice. This flow-based practice will help align the body, build both strength and flexibility, as well as cultivate mental focus. The class is designed to build heat in the body as we move from one pose to the next.

  • Yin

Yin Yoga invites you to slow down, turn inward, and explore the profound benefits of deep, passive stretches. Yin targets the connective tissues of the body, such as ligaments, tendons, and fascia, with the intention of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility.

Yin Yoga is suitable for practitioners of all levels. The slow pace and emphasis on self-awareness make it accessible to beginners, while experienced yogis will appreciate the opportunity to deepen their practice.

  • Sadhana

A Sadhana is a spiritual morning ritual that cultivates communion between the body, mind, and spirit. This holistic connection leads to a more meaningful, inspired, abundant, and healthy life.

This class is primarily a Vinyasa flow and may infuse elements from Kundalini and Yin. You can expect flow-based movement, chanting, mantra, breathwork, and meditation, as well as yogic history and philosophy - moving us into awareness of our natural state of oneness.

  • Slow Flow

Suitable for all levels, this gentle Vinyasa style class begins slow and low and expands to explore alignment and sensation. You’ll find familiarity through repetition and enhanced breath awareness in stillness. By moving with intention and savoring the moments in between, this class will help you unwind from your day and realign with yourself.

  • Restorative Yoga

This is a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating class where you will rest in supported postures for 5 or more minutes, allowing yourself to let go of tension and welcome softness and ease into the body and mind. (This is not Yin Yoga - in Restorative Yoga, there is no effort involved. The practice is not “doing” but rather “undoing.”)

  • Yoga Foundations

Learn the building blocks of a yoga practice. We’ll explore basic yoga theory, break down essential yoga postures, discover the power of the breath, and learn basic meditation techniques within the context of a traditional yoga practice. This class is great for beginners, or anyone who wants to deepen their understanding of yoga and develop a sustainable and enjoyable personal practice.
