Gina Irving

Gina originally began practicing yoga in 2011 as a gym employee who was just looking for a way to utilize a free membership. She completed her 200-hour teacher training at Kripalu in MA and her 300-hour teacher training at Yoga Bohemia in NJ, and has now been teaching for almost 10 years. Her classes focus on challenging the body while connecting with the breath, so while you might feel like you’re getting a workout you will also be getting so much more than that. She loves to incorporate creative sequencing to provide a fun and challenging experience and offers many modifications and advanced variations so every class is accessible to all students. Gina didn’t realize how much her yoga practice would end up changing her life and is grateful that she now gets to share that through teaching.
