Emily Manocchio

Emily began her yoga journey in 2010. In a world filled with constant activity and stimuli, she quickly found that yoga is the perfect vehicle to still the mind and enjoy the present moment.  In 2014 Emily completed her RYT 200 at Thames Street Yoga training under the guidance of Patti Doyle. She designs her classes to support students in building physical strength and finding mental clarity through mindful movement and breathwork. Emily’s playful and creative sequencing allows students to take the necessary pause out of their busy days, check in with their bodies and strengthen their mind-body connection to live a balanced life on and off the mat.

Emily is also a Reiki II practitioner.
